Dont Die With Your Dreams Still Inside You

I write and talk a lot about dreams. Primarily because I know we serve an awesome and amazing God, who gave us dreams for an awesome and amazing purpose. We all have a dream to do something great, go somewhere incredible, achieve the unachievable, beat the unbeatable or meet the "unmeetable." Unfortunately, more often than not, most dreams remain unrealized;
silenced by fear and doubt. What's needed is a renaissance to recapture the spirit and belief we
once had as children. We need to remind ourselves in all that we desire to be, have and do... "I can, if I believe I can." My aim is to inspire as many people as possible to passionately pursue and do their dreams. Revitalize your dreams.
Start today. Don't just dream; dream BIG dreams! Put them in your heart, then put them on the wall, refrigerator, mirror ... wherever you'll see them often. Remind yourself you are more than worthy of everything your heart ever imagined. Believe, then diligently commit to a plan to achieve.Resolve to live a life that ends the way you want it to; and don't you dare, I say don't you dare... die with your dreams still inside you.

WISHES TO MY BLOG VIEWERS....

IM HONOURED TO INTRODUCE MR NAVIN HARISH WITH HIS TREMENDOUS POST ABOUT SPAM MESSAGES...THIS GUY BASICALLY DOSENT NEED ANY INTRODUCTION SINCE HIS BLOG REGISTERED AS ONE THE BEST BLOGS IN ASIA...

I PERSONALLY TOOK THIS OPPURTUNITY TO PUT THIS SPECIAL POST OF HIS IN MY BLOG.

YOU CAN ALWAYS .. REACH HIS BLOG HERE http://www.navinharish.net/

BELOW FOLLOWS HIS POST..

Sometime, in our eagerness to share something with the rest of the world we may end up doing things that can be classified as spamming. I have got a first hand experience of this.

I have been visiting Wikipedia for information on quite a few things. Wikipedia is a place where you can contribute to any topic about which you have some relevant information. The fact that it can be edited by anyone makes it very powerful because the content generation is not limited to a fixed group but to anyone with an access to the Internet. The disadvantage is that unlike Britannica or World Book, you don't really have the guarantee that the facts presented are accurate.

While visiting one of the pages again, to my surprise, I realised that the links I had placed have gone missing. I was surprised but soon discovered that another user has been deleting all the links that I have added. He also left a message for me that is reproduced below

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you

This looked a little odd to me. True I am adding external links of my own photoblog but those links are relevent to the content of those pages and it is actually adding value. At least that is how I saw it. I decided to go and read the guidelines and policies he suggested and I found out that whatever he said is correct. Even now I feel that the links I added were very valid and added value to the pages they were added but that is against the policy of the site where they were added and you have to respect that.

Relax. Its Just Your Life

I FEEL HONOURED TO KEEP THIS MESSAGE IN MY POST.... THE ESSENCE IN THIS POST IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST..HERE IT GOES..

What am I supposed to do with my life? Shouldn't I be doing something...well...more?

These questions haunt everyone from time to time. Personally, I can't count the number of times my acquaintances and I have batted this philosophical shuttlecock around a conversational circle. More often then not, the discussion gets bogged down in the seemingly immiscible oil-and-water struggle between the "idealists", who are sure anything is possible if you just believe, and the "realists" who claim that between taxes, child-rearing and battles over tenure and seniority there simply isn't time for belief in the promise that "your check is in the mail," let alone anything more esoteric like living the life of your dreams.

I can't help but feel that most of us are going about this issue the wrong way - simply trying too hard to get it right the first time and ending up doing nothing out of fear that we will get it wrong, and not find out until we're too far down the road to find our way back to the starting point. Unfortunately, by the time we realize that we haven't actually chosen anything we often discover that the choice was made for us long ago by our inattention.

Instead of trying to figure out the eternal (and unanswerable) question of, "What should I do with my life," consider just living life, and living it well. There's nothing wrong with simply picking up a comfortable mix of jobs, hobbies, causes, volunteering and fun stuff that you really want to do and enjoy doing, and then doing them to the best of your ability with no intent to be anything other than yourself at your best. If you do this, one of two things will most certainly happen:

1. You will eventually stumble across something you want to do while you're out enjoying your life.

2. You won't stumble across whatever it is you want to do, but will enjoy living your life anyway, creating a warm, cheerful and loving environment for those around you in the process.
Either way, you will have a happy, enjoyable life that you can be proud of reliving in the hereafter, and you may end up coming across something wondrous. One thing I do know is that while all of us are capable of doing great things, not too many of us realize that not everybody has to climb to the top of the mountain and be a hero to do this.

Even if you just spend your life being kind, happy and pleasant, puttering around at your hobbies, helping others when you can and generally just making the world around your little sphere of influence a little cheerier by virtue of your smiling, whistling presence, that's a great work in and of itself. Too many people, feeling that pull to "make something of themselves," fail to realize that who they already are is enough.

So why not just relax, enjoy your life and let it unfold as it will. Many who believe in reincarnation believe that some lifetimes are just for enjoying the view, a vacation of sorts, and many others believe that it is as much a sin to forgo permissible pleasures as it is to avoid the forbidden ones. Surely our Creator would not create such a beautiful world as this and then be offended if we were so taken with it that we spent our lives enjoying it and each other. Enjoy your life and enjoy the lives of those around you. And if you just so happen to find "great work" while you're at it, well that's just the icing on the cake.

Getting What You Really Want

Firstly my best wishes to all my blog readers..

its been very long me bloggin something soothing, something inspirational and something useful

I feel i hold some responsibilty after creating a blog like this which replicates each's life in one sentence in atleast one post.Every post has its own significance of seeing the life in its own way.

Everyone wants something in life, love, money, success, recognition ... Yet too many people fail to realize their desires, and nearly all of them for the same reason. They seem to go whichever way the wheel turns, as if they have no control over their situation. If their vehicle takes them to places they never intended to be, or crashes into the brickwall of utter despair, that's just the cruelty of fate.

Don't get me wrong, I realize that truly horrible things do happen to folks, and through no fault of their own. Gigantic obstacles are placed in our way sometimes, that seem absolutely insurmountable. Generally speaking, however, getting what you really want out of life is a matter of three simple steps.

Firstly - and this may seem like a no-brainer - you have to decide what it is you want the most. Decide what to aim for, with some specificity. Don't make a laundry list of wishes, but focus on one thing at a time. If you're not sure about where you want to go, there's no point in getting into the vehicle in the first place.

Secondly, create an action plan. This will be your map for getting from point A, where you are now, to point B, where you want to go. You know what you want, what steps are you going to take to get it?

Some things are obvious. If you want a better job, start with skills assessment and maybe some additional training. Then you'll need to sell yourself and your skills either to your present employer for a promotion into the new position you want, or to a new employer.

Other goals will require a bit more thought. Some will really leave you stuck without a clue of how to get there. Not to worry, though, no matter where it is you want to go, someone, somewhere has probably already been there. So what did they do to get there, what road did they take? Books, biographies and such, can be a real help with this. So hit the library if you're in need of guidelines.

Get ideas, get advice, create a good map for yourself, and know where you're going. Write it down, and make sure you can read it every day.

The third and final step is execution. Do what you planned. Take the steps you outlined on your road map and be persistent. If you run into naysayers, simply ignore them. Everyone who ever did anything great always ran into naysayers.

Never take your eyes off the goal. Keep pushing. Whatever you do, do not give up until you have what you desire in your hands. Never, ever give into the notion that you 'can't get there from here.'

Decide - Plan - Execute. It is really that simple.

Sometimes your action plans may not get you to where you want to be. Maybe something is missing, maybe some step is not quite right. If you find this is the case, after exercising your full patience and persistence, you simply must rework your plan.

Look at it, figure out what's missing, and get back at it. It's just like following a map through a place you've never been before. If you find taking a particular road takes you to the wrong town, rather than turning around and going home, giving up, you take a second look at your map, figure out where you made the wrong turn, and get back on the road.
Whatever you do -- Keep your hands on the wheel !

you should know....that...........

Dream what you want to dream; go where you
want to go; be what you want to be,
because you have only one life and one
chance to do all the things you want to do.

It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone,
an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone,
but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

It's true that we don't know what we've
got until we lose it, but it's also true
that we don't know what we've been
missing until it arrives.

When the door of happiness closes,
another opens, but often times we look
so long at the closed door that we don't
see the one which has been opened for us.

Maybe God wants us to meet a
few wrong people before meeting
the right one so that when we finally
meet the right person, we will know
how to be grateful for that gift.

"A friend is one who believes in you when you have ceased to believe in yourself."

Looking Ahead Will Keep You From Falling Behind

MY BEST WISHES TO ALL BLOG VIEWERS......

It’s time to throw away that rear view mirror of your past. That’s right, you should pitch it, toss it, chunk it or get rid of it any way you can. Far too many people hold on to their past, needlessly preventing themselves from embracing the life they could and should be living today. You need to remember that your future lies ahead of you, not behind you – and it’s those things that lie ahead that will shape the rest of your life. The only thing that matters from this point forward is where you are going.

We encourage you to look ahead, look forward, look up and then … never look back. Please remember that your past does not equal your future. You can indeed have, do and be anything you truly desire. Yes, you can! But you’ve got to be willing to throw your entire heart and soul into making these dreams come true.

You should look ahead and vividly visualize the things you want to accomplish in exacting detail. See them, touch them and feel them in your heart and soul. The power of maintaining these razor sharp mental images of where you are going and how you are going to get there – in your mind – helps to intensify your motivation and heighten your focus.

You should look forward to each new day and the plentiful opportunities it brings with it. Challenge yourself to keep looking up, looking forward, looking ahead – because that is precisely where your life is heading. Straight to the top of your chosen field of endeavor, up to the front of the line, right to the head of the class. When you’re ready for your life to get better than ever – it’ll get better than ever before.

It is high time that you forget about what is behind you (because it is behind you - and that is where it will remain) and place all of your focus and attention on building the promising future you and your loved ones deserve.

WISHING U ALL THE BST DAYS...AHEAD!

It's What's Inside That Counts.

When you look into the mirror, what do you see? Do you see a winner who habitually
gets the most out of what you have been given or do you see a whiner who habitually complains and gripes about the lousy hand you've been dealt? The way you look at yourself and the way you see yourself goes a long way in determining what you have and what you won't have in life. Winners have learned that a consistently positive outlook results in consistently positive outcome. Interesting, isn't it?

When you see yourself as a winner, you position yourself to win. When you see yourself as a loser or "victim" in the game of life, you position yourself to lose. It is important to remember that it is what's inside of you, not those things outside of you, that will ultimately provide the blueprint for your life's story. In order to make a positive difference on the outside, you must first possess a positive "I can do it" attitude on the inside.

I have personally met a number of fine people who desperately wanted to accomplish some truly great and important things in their lives, but were knocked to their knees when they were told by others that they were not good enough, not smart enough or maybe not lucky enough to get the job done. They bought into this negative nonsense, quit believing in themselves and consequently stopped living as a result. Don't you dare make that same mistake!

Deep down, where it really counts, you have to believe with every ounce of energy in your body that you do have what it takes. Only this kind of indefatigable, irrepressible positive attitude can take you to the top. As soon as you start believing on the inside, you'll begin seeing positive results on the outside.

As noted author Napoleon Hill once reminded us, if your mind can conceive it and you can believe it – you can most assuredly achieve it. Dare to dream big dreams, exciting dreams, life changing dreams – then dare to make them come true. You can do it. Yes, you can.

The minute you start doing within, you'll stop doing without.

Whistle While You Work.

"Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing."
Theodore Roosevelt

Work is a funny thing. After all, the term ‘work’ means such different things to so many people. There are folks who dearly love their professions, whose work provides them an unparalleled sense of fulfillment and self-satisfaction. They’ll quickly tell you that there is nothing they would rather be doing than exactly what they do for a living. They love their work and as a result, they generally do it very well.

To others, work is a dirty four letter word. Not surprisingly, the people who dislike their work can barely wait to get the work day over and done with. Work feels like a prison, where the dreams and aspirations they hold inside them are throttled and suppressed. Given a choice, these people would much rather be doing something else — something more fun and exciting. Something that allows them to sing their song.

"Whenever it is in any way possible, every boy and girl should choose as his life work some occupation which he should like to do anyhow, even if he did not need the money."
William Lyon Phelps

What these ‘hate my job’ folks never realize that they can indeed have their cake and eat it too. In fact, that’s precisely the game plan the ‘love my job’ crowd has followed for years.

Far too often, we seem to believe that we have two lives — our working lives and our non-working lives. We go to work because we feel we have to; slaving away at a job we hate in order to pay our bills and the like. At quitting time, we swarm out of our workplace like we’ve been released from jail. With the shackles of work taken away, we are now free to pursue those things we love to do — the things we were born to do.

"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
Unknown Author

What if you could take those things you love to do — the things you love so much you would do them for free — and fashion a lifetime of achievement around them? How would it feel to custom tailor your job around your unique talents and gifts, getting paid to do those activities you already choose to pursue in your ‘free’ time? Would you be interested in turning your play time into your pay time as well? Who wouldn’t?

I don’t know how many thousands of people over the years have repeatedly told me that they ‘can’t’ make a living doing those things that they love to do. They feel they have to work, so they trudge off to a job they despise day after hum-drum day. They hate their work and they hate their jobs. Is this any way to spend the majority of your day? Not a chance.

"Oh, give us the man who sings at his work."
Thomas Carlyle

A one size fits all approach to our work just doesn’t work and here’s why. Each of us are different, every one of us possessing special talents that are distinctively unique. And each of us have dreams of making a healthy living using and utilizing our special gifts.

After all, haven’t you pictured yourself living a life fashioned around your particular skills hundreds if not thousands of times? Sure you have, we all have. And wouldn’t you dearly love to forge a lifetime of achievement around the things you love to, making a super living while having the time of your life? Sure you would, we all would. And finally, when you’re busy doing the things you love to do, passionately pursuing your dreams, don’t you just hate to stop doing them? Absolutely. Why? Because you’re happiest when you’re doing what you love.

"Get happiness out of your work or you may never know what happiness is."
Elbert Hubbard

First, find something you love to do. That’s not a problem, is it? After all, we all know what we love to do. Then start looking for ways to make a living doing it. Hey, don’t throw in the towel and say it can’t be done — because it can be done and you’re the one to do it.

It may take a little time and you may get knocked around a bit, but if you stick with the program long enough, you’ll soon find a way to get rich in your niche. Before you know it, you’ll be whistling while you work — and laughing all the way to the bank.

The Bottom Line: When you love what you do and do what you love, it's easy to whistle while you work.

Build a dream and the dream will build you.

While dreaming comes quite easily to us all, sometimes converting these dreams into everyday action can get a bit sticky. In fact, sometimes it can get stickier than sticky. After all, dreaming requires little more than allowing our fertile imaginations the opportunity to run unfettered and free.

However, turning your dreams into reality requires more than just lazily fantasizing about living the good life. As a matter of fact, it takes consistent, persistent, unrelenting focus and determination. It also demands an unwavering commitment, a willingness to do whatever it takes — whenever it is needed… and more. In other words, you’ve got to REALLY WANT IT in order to get it in life. That’s why you must develop a stick-to-it tenacity when it comes to building your dreams.

-Robert H. Schuller

WORK LIKE A COOLIE,LIVE LIKE A KING.....

warm wishes 2 one and hall..

Firstly..its my immense pleasure..2 let u all know..that i hav been placed in a completely outsourcing company named SITEL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED located in cyber pearl, madhapur. Its an MNC providing services to more than 250 clients across the fortune 500 companies in the world!

I owe a lot 2 my parents,my frnz who always provided me an enduring support and lastly and certainly god!

ABT THE COMPANY:

SITEL has developed a set of global best practices that ensure consistency in technology, human resources, and operational management in every site. Supporting this consistency is a client-centric organizational structure providing a single point of accountability for our clients' solutions. Its a joint venture supported by TCS.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

They basically look upon ur commuciation skills,ur mother tongue influence,ur basic command over the networking skills, internet concepts that would enhance ur knowledge towards trouble shooting and ISP problems. This is smting that they put more emphasis upon.

below is the recruitment processs....

1) First round would be a JAM session...i.e just-a-min sesssion, u need 2 choose some topic (besides self intro) and need 2 speak about that topic for 1minute..basically they chek upon the neutrality in speech, clarity, grammar, regional influence...and spontaneity.

2) second round wud be an one-one voice and accent round .. in which most of the filtering wud take place...this wud be the same as the first round and precisely will be more stringent towards ur speech, clarity and articulation...In this round,ur actually given a small topic by the HR(VOICE AND ACCENT) and u need 2 continue the topic...with some profound stress in ur verbal presentation..! eg one stormy night..... and rest u need 2 complete imagining urself in one stormy nite.. it can also be ..if ur invisible for one day..something analogous to these..

3) third round wud be a one-one tech round in which ur sound techincal knowledge would be tested purely based on the requirement.Questions are purely based on computer networks, communication strategies, internet concepts, trouble shooting problems...

4)fourth round would be one-one HR round which wud be an partial implication of ur stay in SITEL...negotiations abt the salary, why an outsourcing company, why SITEL? mite be some of the questions which are frequently asked.

5)final round would be the ops-manager round in which ur team manager or the process manager will hav some questions with u...depending upon the process yu are put in.

** EVERY ROUND IS AN ELIMINATION ROUND,ONCE UR THRU WITH ALL THESE 5 ROUNDS,ULL BE GIVEN THE OFFER LETTER.NO BOND and A DECENT PAY.

This particular post is something that wud be helpful to all my frnz who look forward 2 join SITEL in the near future.I hope my experience wasnt so scandalizing....i guess this shud rejuvanate some confidence among u 2 look forward positively if at all ur looking for some break in an outsocurcing company.

APPRECIATION.

wishes to one and all...

Ahead from now on...my blog also includes some appreciations.Appreciations in every incentive they try 2 put forward ahead for the aspirants.

Any accomplishment requires lot of struggle and obviously love and wishes which always encouraged them to attain success .

From here on,i take the privilege that every oppurtunity and success will be given credit thru my blog! The major focus always remains the same... inspiration needs inspiration.

success is a progressive realisation of worthy goal.. and we shall always belive success is a journey, not and never a destination.Possibly we never arrive, after we reach one goal we go on next, next and next and so on....

we need 2 belive success and happines go hand in hand.Success is gettin wat u want and happines is gettin wat u need!

I personally wish two persons in this eventual basis of appreciations...i always and stilll feel these should always go very positively.. encouraging them in every wake of their succesful attempts in thier life reachin and tasting the so called SUCCESS.The struggles and hardworks need 2 be identified in some way....Recognition is wat everybody strives hard for.Its analogous 2 satisfaction.

I feel honoured and credible to make a post of these appreciations....

This post is a dedication to two of my best pals...

one of which wud be preetham..cse.Its a moment that he wud always cherish ahead always in his life. Conglomeration of joy and effort was his significant attitude.I personally know him from his hassles and happinesses.whole hearted congratulations and best wishes to him on his VISA and for his MASTER'S in university of mussorie, kansas.

Karthik chigurupati, one of my best pals in production has secured 95%ile in the recently held MAT exam...which is also an inspiration stuff for all those who are attemting their MAT exam and wish to pursue management studies ahead. ....wishin him many more successful events would come up in his life....

IF YOU TRY...

If You Try...

The next time you think you don't
measure up or that you can't do it,
remember:

Albert Einstein's parents and teachers
thought he was retarded.

He couldn't speak until he was 9-years old.

He couldn't tie his shoes.

A teacher in Munich wrote in his school report,
"You will never amount to very much."

This just goes to show that no one is perfect,
and that you can go far if you try.
The key is believing in yourself
even when others don't believe in you.

UNTIL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.

Often your tasks will be many,
and more than you think you can do
Often the road will be rugged
and the hills insurmountable, too

Always remember, the hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with faith in your heart start upward
And climb 'till you reach your dream,

Nothing in life that is worthy
Is ever too hard to achieve
If you have the courage to try it
And you have the faith to believe...

Faith is a force that is greater
Than knowledge or power or skill
And many defeats turn to triumph
If you trust in God's wisdom and will

Faith is a mover of mountains,
There's nothing that God cannot do,
So start out today with faith in your heart

And "Climb Until Your Dream Comes True".

THINGS IVE LEARNED!

I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.

I've learned that no matter how much I care, some people just don't care back

I've learned that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.

I've learned that it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts.

I've learned that you can get by on charm for about 15 minutes. After that, you'd better know something.

I've learned that you shouldn't compare yourself to the best others can do, but to the best you can do.

I've learned that it's not what happens to people that's important. It's what they do about it.

I've learned that no matter how thin you slice it, there are always two sides.

I've learned that it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

I've learned that it's a lot easier to react than it is to think.

I've learned that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.

I've learned that you can keep going long after you think you can't.

I've learned that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

I've learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I've learned that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.

I've learned that heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I've learned that learning to forgive takes practice.

I've learned that there are people who love you dearly, but just don't know how to show it.

I've learned that money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I've learned that my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time.

I've learned that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will be the ones to help you get back up.

I've learned that I'm getting more and more like my grandma, and I'm kinda happy about it.

I've learned that sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

I've learned that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love.

I've learned that just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

I've learned that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.

I've learned that you should never tell a child her dreams are unlikely or outlandish. Few things are more humiliating, and what a tragedy it would be if she believed it

I've learned that your family won't always be there for you. It may seem funny, but people you aren't related to can take care of you and love you and teach you to trust people again. Families aren't biological.

I've learned that no matter how good a friend someone is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I've learned that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I've learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.

I've learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I've learned that sometimes when my friends fight, I'm forced to choose sides even when I don't want to.

I've learned that just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other. And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.

I've learned that sometimes you have to put the individual ahead of their actions.

I've learned that we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I've learned that if you don't want to forget something, stick it in your underwear drawer.

I've learned that you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.

I've learned that the clothes I like best are the ones with the most holes in them.

I've learned that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I've learned that no matter how you try to protect your children, they will eventually get hurt and you will hurt in the process.

I've learned that there are many ways of falling and staying in love.

I've learned that no matter the consequences, those who are honest with themselves, get farther in life.

I've learned that many things can be powered by the mind, the trick is self-control.

I've learned that no matter how many friends you have, if you are their pillar, you will feel lonely and lost at the times you need them most.

I've learned that your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.

I've learned that even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.

I've learned that writing, as well as talking, can ease emotional pains.

I've learned that the paradigm we live in is not all that is offered to us.

I've learned that credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I've learned that the people you care most about in life are taken from you too soon.

I've learned that although the word "love" can have many different meaning, it loses value when overly used.

I've learned that it's hard to determine where to draw the line between being nice and not hurting people's feelings and standing up for what you believe.

I WISH EVERYBODY LEARNS THESE AT SOME POINT OF TIME........

EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON!

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there…to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson or help figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be but you lock eyes with them, you know that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way.

And sometimes things happen to you at the time that may seem horrible, painful and unfair, but in reflection you realize that without overcoming those obstacles you would never realize your potential, strength, will power or heart.

Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of luck. Illness, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test limits of your soul.

Without these small tests, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere safe and comfortable but dull and utterly pointless.

The people you meet affect your life. The successes and downfalls that you experience can create whom you are, and the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them because they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart.

If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but also because they are teaching you to love and open your heart and eyes to little things. Make every day count. Appreciate everything that you possibly can, for you may never experience it again.

Talk to people whom you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Let yourself fall in love, break free and set your sights high. Hold your head up because you have every right to.

Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you. Create you own life and then go out and live it.

what is self-esteem??

A beggar was sitting at the train station with a bowl of pencils.A young executive passed by and dropped a dollar in the bowl.He then boarded the train. Before the doors closed ,something came to his mind and he went back to the beggar, grabbed a bunch of pencils, and said,"They are priced right. After all ur a business person and so am I",and he left.

Six months later the executive attended a party. The beggar was also there in a suit and tie.The beggar recognized the executive went upto him and said"you probably dun recognize me but i remmeber you".He then narrated the incident that happened six months ago.The executive said "Now that u reminded me,i do recall that u were begging. What are you doing here in your suit and tie?"The beggar replied"You probably dont know what u did for me that day.You were the first person in my life who gave me back my dignity. You grabbed the bunch of pencils and said,"They are priced right. After all ur a business person and so am I.After u left,i thought to myself, wat am i doing here? Why am i beggin?I decided to do something construcutive wth my life.I packed my bag, started working and here im.I jus want to thank you fr giving me back my dignity.

This incident should change life.

what changed the beggar's life?

what changed was his self-esteem went up and so did his performance. This is the magic of self-esteem in our life's.

self-esteem is wat we feel about ourselves. Our opinion of ourself critically influences everything, from our performance at our work, our relationships, and our role as a parent to our accomplishements in life.Self-esteem is major component in determining sucess or failure.High self-esteem leads 2 happy, gratifying and purposeful life.Unless u percieve yourself as worthwhile, you cannot hav high self-esteem.

self-esteem is an feeling which comes from an awareness of what is good and having done it.
People with high self-esteem will grow in conviction ,competance and willingness to accept responsibility. They face life with optimism ,hav better relationships and fulfilling lives. They can give and receive critcism and compliments, tactfully, and with ease.

This was an attempt to recognize self-esteem in everybody's life..... Hope this post of mine builds strong conviction and creates willingness to accept responsibilty.....

Does programming follow from intelligence?

Not many in the world could be considered unlucky for not having brains,as most of them do posses a threshold level of excellence. It is jus that they dun think, question themselves and focus on right lines often. There hav been many clever people through the years but only some are considered to be intelligent. Why is it so?

The obvious answer could be that applciation of the knowledge(intelligence) is not proper.
Intelligence not only includes thinking power but also involves many other factors such as relating a given problem to a problem that had been overcome before, viewing a problem as a combination of simple problems, etc.

Programming on the other side involves many ways like easiest way, simplest way, fastest way, complicated way, compact way etc. These evolve with different ways of thinking or different corners from which you could approach a given problem. The way you interpret it shows the way you view or look at it.

Skillfull proragmming requires presence of mind, focus on what we need and very importantly a check at every step. The check should not only give the 'truth value' but should also show a path to proceed further towards the solution.

Programming also need a straighforward approach to solve a problem clearly and easily.we should see that all necessary requisites such as data and information are present and use the least possible input to obtaina fast output. The program shoudl be flexible and simple, which means even if some conditions were stretched or deleted, there would be no question on validity of the program.

Programming mainly involves two things:Algorithms and Command over the language.Algorithms generally involve the thinking of logic part;this is were intelligence matters. This could be a process that measures people's ability of the thinking on the basis of how fast they think, how they approach the solution, etc.Generally an easier and faster approach would result in a appropriate answer.

Command over the language is another very important aspect that genrally is obtained when the hypothesis is understood well. Here we need to understand the advantages, disadvantages, limitations, specifications and features of the language that help in better utilisation of the language.

So,intelligence is only a part of the programming skills and programming needs bit more than intelligence.
